Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Outer Voice AI (the "App") developed and operated by Non-Binary Studio ("We," "Our," or "Us").
These Terms and Conditions, together with:
Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
1. Purpose and Function
The App allows you to record voice messages and receive responses from an AI-powered Coach, which can learn and mimic your voice. AI Coach's purpose is to provide personalized coaching using your voice as a medium of communication.
2. Privacy and Data Collection
No sign-up is required to use the App, and we do not collect any personal information or share it with third parties. In order to provide the voice recognition and learning functionalities, the App collects voice data and stores them in a third-party service platform called ElevenLabs.
Our App utilizes other third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and Sentry, to enhance its functionality. By using our App, you acknowledge and agree that these third-party services have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies that you should review and accept separately.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, nor our partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the App or any other unauthorized access or use of your mobile device.
4. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the beginning of this document. We will provide a notice within the App of any material changes to the Terms. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
